Step 1: Initial Discussion

So, you’ve decided it’s time to level up your online presence—amazing! Once you reach out, I’ll start by reviewing your brand’s needs, goals, and where you’re currently at in your journey.

At this point, I’ll assess whether the Branding Package is the right fit for you. If I believe there’s a more suitable option for your goals or budget, I’ll always be honest and point you in the right direction.

Step 2: Consultation Call

Next, we’ll hop on an audio or video call to dive deeper. This isn’t just a quick chat—it’s a creative strategy session.

We’ll talk through your brand story, values, ideal client, current pain points, and your vision moving forward. This is crucial in helping me understand how to visually translate your message into photography and video that feel authentically you.

Step 3: Moodboard & Location Scouting

This is where ideas start to come to life. After our consultation, I’ll create a custom moodboard that reflects the direction we discussed. Think styling inspiration, color palette, tone, and poses.

I’ll also suggest a few ideal locations for the shoot that align with your brand. For instance, if you’re a hair stylist, shooting inside a modern salon can showcase both your workspace and your process. If you’re a wellness coach, a calm, nature-filled setting might be a better fit.

The goal here is clarity and alignment so we both feel confident and excited about the creative direction.

Step 4: Photoshoot Day!

The fun part! On shoot day, I bring our plan to life. This isn’t a stiff, awkward photo session—we’ll keep things relaxed and collaborative.

Using the creative direction we’ve set, I’ll guide you through each setup, ensuring we capture a mix of content that’s versatile and impactful. Think headshots, lifestyle imagery, product shots, behind the scenes and even short video clips for reels or your website.

My job is to make you look confident, polished, and totally on-brand without feeling overly posed.

Step 5: Review & Editing

After the shoot, I’ll send you a gallery of all the content we captured, and we’ll work together to select your favorites.
